The Service Enterprise Diagnostic Tool assesses organizational health and measures the degree to which an organization is operating as a Service Enterprise.

BOW offers the Diagnostic & Debrief as a standalone service to help organizations refine their short and long term goals without the commitment of participating in a Service Enterprise cohort.

In addition to administering the Diagnostic Assessment and facilitating a Diagnostic Debrief session, BOW will provide comprehensive recommendations for enhancing your organization's practices.

Service Enterprises must submit an application for reaccreditation every three years. To support continuous improvement, BOW offers a comprehensive accreditation package contracted as a three-year retainer.

Services are tiered to reflect the needs of Service Enterprises throughout the change management life cycle.
